This section is dedicated to help you understand the City Talent billing and payment system.

City Talent Work Week
A City Talent work week begins on Saturday 00:00 GMT and ends on Friday 24:00 hrs GMT.



Billing Client

Based on the work logs registered in a work week, City Talent generates a ‘Draft’ invoice every Friday at 24:00 hrs GMT



Draft Invoice
When an invoice is in a ‘Draft’ status, it is only viewable by the Service Providers. The invoice remains in this mode for 48 hrs. During this period, you can finalize the invoice by modifying work logs and/or adding line items.

Special Note for Company Managers: If you have enabled a service provider to view/modify their hourly rates, they will be able to see the amounts in their invoices. If you have not allowed your sub providers to view/modify hourly rates, they can only view the billing items,the hours associated with them, the line times and any bonus added by the client.

After 48 Hrs. i.e. on Sunday 24:00 GMT, the City Talent billing system will automatically change the invoice status to ‘Under Review’



Under Review
In this mode, Clients have 48 hrs. to review and approve the invoice. If there are any discrepancies in the invoice, it has to be resolved between you and client within this duration. Client may also add a bonus or additional charges during this time.

On Tuesday 24:00 (GMT), the invoice will be considered final. The Invoice will automatically be processed and the client will be charged by City Talent. No further changes/updates are possible once the invoice has been processed.



Getting Paid

Once the invoice has been processed, your invoice amount (minus the city talent fee) will automatically be added to your account and the invoice amount will also be added to your ‘Total Balance’. City Talent allows you to withdraw the funds 5 days after processing the invoice. This means that if the invoice is processed on a Wednesday, you will be able to withdraw the funds on Monday.



Total Balance & Available Balance
Total balance is the amount that you owe to city talent as soon as an invoice has been processed.

The available balance is the amount that is available for you to withdraw from your City Talent account. It takes 5 days for an amount to become available for withdrawal.

Withdrawing Funds
You can withdraw funds from your ‘Available balance’ at anytime. City Talent currently allows PayPal and Moneybookers to withdraw funds. Each withdrawal from your City Talent account includes a fixed processing fee Which has to be incurred by you.
