Provider Company - A company representing a group of sub-providers managed by an authority in the company called the Company Manager or the Managing Provider. |

Company Manager - A Company Manager, will manage his team (sub providers) in City Talent but will not offer services himself. He will be the one who will add his company employees as sub providers in City Talent and manage outsourcing relationship with clients. |

Managing Provider - Apart from being a Company Manager, a Managing provider will provide services to the Client. |

Sub Providers - These includes Employees/Team Members of a Provider Company. |

Alerts - Alerts provide instant notification in your marketplace home regarding activities that need your immediate attention. |

Activity - Activity is your daily summary of work logs submitted. The work logs submitted could be either online or offline. |

Tasks - Tasks are a set of pre-defined work needed to achieve project objectives. Task will be a small portion of the project. |

Online Work - All the performed activities on a project after clocking in to City Time is called online work. |
 |
Offline Work - All the performed activities on a project without clocking in to City Time is called offline work. |

Work Logs - Work logs are record of work that either gets submitted automatically from City Time or you submit offline |

Online Work Logs - Work logs which are automatically registered by City Time are termed as online work logs. |

Offline Work Logs - Work logs which are manually added from City Talent application are termed as offline work logs. |

Removing Work Logs - All the inappropriate work logs can be removed by using ‘Delete work logs’ button. |

Marketplace - An area dedicated to help clients find suitable providers and providers find jobs on City Talent. |

Cover Letter - The letter which service providers write while applying for jobs in city talent. |

City Library – The City Library is your knowledge repository for assistance. It contains Help and FAQ files. One can also download City Time here. |

City Time – City Time is an automated work reporting tool which helps you log every minute of your work performed in projects assigned to you by your Client. |

Client Rate - This will be the gross rate paid by the client, which includes the Provider Rate (mentioned by the provider in his profile) and City Talent commission. Client Rate = your rate + city talent fee |

Provider Rate - This will be the net hourly rate of the Provider, which would be paid to him. |
 |
City Talent fee – This will be city talent commission paid by the client as per the hourly rate of the provider. |
 |
City Talent Work Week - A City Talent work week begins on Saturday 00:00 GMT and ends on Friday 24:00 hrs GMT. |

Billed Hours – Billed hours are as per project. They are calculated by multiplying the hourly rate of a Provider with hours worked on the project. |

Draft Invoice - When an invoice is in a Draft status, it is only viewable by the Service Providers. The invoice remains in this mode for 48 hrs. During this period, a provider can finalize the invoice by modifying work logs and/or adding line items. |

Under Review - In this mode, Clients have 48 hours to review and approve the invoice. If there are any discrepancies in the invoice, it has to be resolved between the provider and the client within this duration. Client may also add a bonus or additional charges during this time. |

Total Balance - Total balance is the amount that you owe from City Talent as soon as an invoice has been processed. |
 |
Available Balance - Available balance is the amount that is available to you to withdraw from your City Talent account. It takes 5 days for an amount to become available for withdrawal. |
